Eddie Thoneick has been one of the most exciting and in demand dance artists from germany for more than two decades now. On his way to success he has faced many hurdles: Being unable to finish tracks, failed to connect, to get signed, making business with the wrong people which led to the fear of failing, giving up and doubting himself. Just like you! But he never gave up and fought with ravenous motivation to become an extraordinary artist.
It was Eddie’s 2006 breakthrough record ‘Love Sensation’ that first gained him worlwide attention from the likes of Axwell, Ingrosso, Steve Angello, David Guetta and Pete Tong and topped the charts in several countries. Since then he has worked with and remixed the likes of David Guetta, Moby, Placebo, Skin from Skunk Anansie, Armand van Helden, Fedde Le Grand and Steve Angello.
In 2010 Eddie teamed up with Erick Morillo which was followed by a rich vein of collaborations, including the hit singles ‘Live Your Life’ and ‘Stronger’.
Since then he has been releasing music on Axtone, Size Records , Spinnin records , Armada, Toolroom records, Universal, Warner and many more. He is touring the globe with peak performances at Ultra Music Festival/Miami, Pacha, Space, Amnesia and Cafe Mambo in Ibiza, Ministry of Sound/London to name a few.
Next to his dance project Eddie is working in the Sync world. Focusing on Trailer Music he is combining his classical and electronic skills into a hybrid fusion to deliver unique Cues.
